At the end of last year, after a long tug-of-war, the European Council and Parliament agreed on amendments to the EU FDI Screening Regulation.
We are delighted that Christian Glenz will be explaining the changes to us first-hand and giving us an insight into the political opinion-forming process. We would also like to discuss the implications this has for practice in Germany.
